What types of vending machines do you build?
Four categories, all built to order: cosmetics & beauty machines (7-inch and 10.1-inch screens), refrigerated beverage machines, age-verification machines for regulated products, and wall-mounted machines. Each category has its own page with full specifications under Vending Machines.
How do I know which machine fits my product?
Tell us what you want to sell, the pack sizes and where the machine will stand. We come back with the cabinet, the shelving layout and the refrigeration that fit — and say so honestly if a different setup would serve you better. Can I see a machine before I order?
Yes. We run live video walkthroughs of the factory and of machines in production — you see the line and the actual units on a call, without travelling. Arrange one through the enquiry form.
Customisation
Can machines be made under our own brand?
Yes — OEM and ODM are standard work for us. Your logo, colours and cabinet finish are applied during production rather than added afterwards. See Customisation.
What parts of a machine can be customised?
Branding & colour, shelf layout & capacity, screen interface, payment & telemetry, cabinet dimensions and refrigeration — in short, everything that faces your customers or has to fit your site.
How does a custom build run?
Five stages, each confirmed with you before the next starts: you tell us the machine type, products, quantities and destination country; we return a specification and drawing; tooling and a sample are built in our own plant; nothing goes to series production until you approve the sample and the artwork; then assembly, function testing and export packing.
What do you need from me to quote?
Machine type (or the product idea), quantity and destination country is enough to start. If you have a site in mind, tell us where the machine will stand — it affects dimensions and refrigeration.
Factory & Quality
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Our own plant in Foshan, Guangdong covers 50,000 m² with a 500-strong team — steel fabrication, surface treatment, assembly and final testing under one roof. More on About us.
How are machines tested before shipping?
Every unit is assembled and function tested before packing for export. That is what "tested before shipping" means here — a full check, not a final glance.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes — facility visits and live video walkthroughs are both available. See About us for how the plant is organised, then arrange a time with us.
Ordering
How do I start an order?
Send your specification through the enquiry form, or message us on WhatsApp using the button at the corner of this page. We reply within one working day.
What is the smallest order?
Machines are built to order, so projects typically start from a pilot unit and scale to rollouts. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and your quotation will confirm the details.
After Delivery
What happens if a machine breaks down?
Send the machine model, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. We identify the part or procedure needed, confirm it with you, then dispatch the part with fitting guidance — or walk your engineer through the job on a live call. The full process is on After-Sales & Spare Parts.
What about warranty?
Warranty length, what it covers and how fast parts are dispatched depend on the model and the order — so they are stated in your quotation rather than published as a single figure.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Parts are made and stocked by the same plant that built your machine, so replacements match the unit you have — see After-Sales & Spare Parts.
