Customisation

Built To Your Specification

A machine is not a fixed catalogue item here. Tell us the market, the products and the site, and we build the cabinet, the shelving and the interface around them.

Options

What Can Be Changed

Almost everything that faces your customers. These are the parts buyers change most often.

Branding & Colour

Your logo, your colours and your cabinet finish, applied during production rather than added afterwards.

Shelf Layout & Capacity

Shelf count, spacing and product positions set around the pack sizes you actually sell.

Screen Interface

Menu layout, language, product imagery and the buying steps on the machine interface.

Payment & Telemetry

Card, contactless, QR and cash. Remote monitoring of stock levels, sales and faults.

Cabinet Size

Overall dimensions adapted where your site has a fixed footprint or a tight doorway to work to.

Refrigeration

Where the machine sells drinks, the refrigeration system is selected for the climate and the power supply of the destination market.

Process

How A Custom Build Runs

Five stages, each one confirmed with you before the next starts.

01

Brief

You tell us the machine type, the products, the quantities and the destination country.

02

Drawing

We come back with a specification and a drawing: dimensions, shelf layout, screen and payment.

03

Tooling & Sample

Tooling and sheet metal work happen in our own plant, so a sample or a prototype does not wait on a supplier.

04

Your Approval

Nothing goes to series production until you have approved the sample and the artwork.

05

Production & Testing

Series units are assembled and function tested, then packed for export.

In-House

Why In-House Matters

Customisation is only as fast as the slowest supplier. Because laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, wiring and final testing sit in the same plant, a change to the cabinet or the shelving does not have to be re-quoted by somebody else — it goes straight onto our own line.

Tell Us What Has To Change

Send the machine type, the quantities and what you need adapted. We will come back with a specification and a drawing.
